New system handles online quote generation and sample submissions for raw materials

AAIPharma Services has launched an online quote generation and sample submission service for compendial (USP and EP) raw materials testing. The Online Services portal offers faster, more accurate submissions with the convenience of Internet access, according to the company, and will operate 24 hours a day. The Online Services portal gives customers of AAIPharma Services the flexibility to select the pharmacopeia, material and tests from a database, enter the number of preparations, special instructions and handling requirements, and immediately generate the proposal or sample submission form. The company notes that most compendial raw materials are released by AAIPharma Services in 10 or fewer business days, with an available option for expedited services. Compendial Business Group manager Ryan Taro said, “We are pleased to improve service to our customers with the flexibility, accuracy and convenience of our online system. This system will provide our clients with an easier and more efficient means of completing the paperwork necessary to ensure a successful sample submission, allowing us to process incoming samples faster.” The Online Services portal is at https://www.labpass.aaipharma.com/.
